Reiki Healing
Reiki can be received in-person or as distance healing. If you are interested in learning Reiki healing, I offer Danish and English courses in Reiki 1 and Reiki 2.
Reiki is a style of healing originating from Japan. An intelligent and loving life energy, reiki connects the energy of the earth (ki) with universal energy (rei). The reiki healer channels this energy to places in the recipient’s body and mind where it is needed. Therefore, reiki offers an extremely gentle way of releasing mental and physical blockages and can contribute positively to relieving pain and stress and to supporting your work on changing unwanted habits and patterns. During healing, reiki can also help you gain insights into the causes behind what you are experiencing in body and mind, thereby contributing to your personal development.

Reiki Healing (in-person or distance)
In in-person healing, Reiki's energy is channelled through the practioner's hands into the receiver's body, head, and face. The intention is to dissolve any energetic blockages and allow energy to flow more freely.

Distance healing with reiki enables you to receive healing anywhere and at anytime you wish. When booking, we will agree on a time and what you wish to receive healing for.
A distance healing session lasts 30 minutes, and you can book here.
I offer Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 courses in English and Danish.
In the Reiki 1 weekend course, you will learn how to give in-person Reiki healing to yourself and others. If you already have Reiki 1, you can build on your skills with Reiki 2 where you learn how to give distance healing to yourself and others.
